After the central source, the Software Portal Niedersachsen, was closed, there are now new processes for obtaining Microsoft licenses from the Select Plus contract. This applies to all Microsoft applications (Office, Visio, Project, Server, etc.) except the Windows operating system license, which is still done via the LUIS ordering process.
The process is as follows:
- Procurement request to Asknet GmbH by email vertrieb@asknet.com specifying
- Select Plus contract number 5343480
- LUH-PCN B7979A76
- OE customer number, if already available from the previous software portal
- After the procurement is completed, you will receive an invoice from Asknet GmbH, which will also be paid by OE as before.
- You will then send a request directly to the APC team via LUIS support to provide software and activation information.
- As proof of authorization, be sure to include the invoice or order confirmation as a copy in the attachment.
- The OE is responsible for compliance with the Terms of Use and proof of eligibility.
The LUIS is evaluating in parallel the availability of alternative sources of supply and will provide information on this in due course. Until then, the procedure described above applies.
